All In Credit Union receives Diamond Award for Best One-Time Event

All In Credit Union has been presented a Best In Category Diamond Award from the Credit Union National Association’s (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council.  The award was presented to All In Credit Union to recognize the Credit Union’s outstanding efforts in the development and implementation of an annual Professional Development Day designed to provide an engaging day of education and training for employees.

“We are extraordinarily proud of the recognition our Marketing Team received as a result of a well-executed program. The event is indicative of the quality of work they produce on a consistent basis,” said Bobby Michael, president/CEO of All In Credit Union.

Each year, the CUNA Marketing and Business Development Council recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the Credit Union industry. All In Credit Union’s Professional Development Day was rated the best among all entries from credit unions nationwide in the asset category above $500 million.

“The Credit Union is committed to training that helps our employees learn and grow,” said Lisa Hales, senior vice president of member experience at All In. “Providing a day to focus on both personal and professional development ensures that employees are gaining knowledge, improving skills and delivering a high level of service that is our standard. Utilizing a sports theme for our Credit Union “Game Day” created an unforgettable time of fun and learning that emphasized the power of teamwork.  Throughout the day, speakers shared the vision and goals for our future as well as how to deliver service with excellence.”

“It’s an honor for us to recognize the best-of-the-best in credit union marketing and business development,” said Amy McGraw, Diamond Awards chair and VP of marketing/chief experience officer at Tropical Financial Credit Union. “We appreciate All In Credit Union joining us to celebrate the remarkable achievements of credit unions nationwide and to share ideas that elevate our profession.”
