Credit Union of Georgia’s Grand Opening in Hickory Flat – A Huge Success

Award-Winning Credit Union of Georgia Expands Branch Network to Popular Cherokee County Community

 CANTON – April 19, 2021 – On Thursday, April 15th, award-winning Credit Union of Georgia hosted a Grand Opening celebration for their newest location in Hickory Flat at 2871 E Cherokee Drive in Canton. Their ‘People Helping People’ philosophy is what continues to drive the Credit Union to create deeper roots in the communities they serve and give back to their community.

The Grand Opening had guests from the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce, Cherokee County School District, Sheriff’s Office, local businesses as well as members from the community. All guests were welcomed with a gift and complimentary lunch catered by the neighboring Chick-Fil-A and dessert from the local Nothing Bundt Cakes. The Cherokee Chamber of Commerce was onsite to host the Ribbon Cutting for the new facility.
