A Fiserv company recently named Robins Financial Credit Union, based in Warner Robbins, Ga., as a top performing credit union in the country.
Raddon, a company and provider of innovative research in Illinois, awarded Robins and 21 other credit unions its annual Crystal Performance Award for credit unions, based on bench-marked data from Raddon, according to Credit Union Times.
“It is an honor for the ninth year in a row to be recognized as one of the top performing credit unions in the country,” said John Rhea, president and CEO of Robins Financial Credit Union. “The results are attributed to our extraordinary staff who help improve the lives of our members.”
The Crystal Performance Awards are an extension of performance analytics from Raddon, which provides institutions of all sizes detailed analysis of key performance indicators, recommendations on growth opportunities and peer-bench marked data that according to the Illinois firm provides a clearer view of the marketplace.
Robins was one of 12 credit unions with more than $500 million in assets that won a Crystal Performance Award.
