Listerhill has put together a series of “high performing teams — an organizational development concept in which a tight-knit group of employees with complementary skill sets align around a clearly-defined common goal,” according to the article.
The credit union launched five of these high-performing teams (with names like Divas Driving Data, Loss Banditos and Kicking Assets) in early 2019. A year later, Listerhill has already seen results.
