SRP Federal Credit Union believes in the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” and our staff consistently and generously give, representing this philosophy well.
A check was recently presented to the Children’s Hospital of Ga., located at 1146 Harper Street in Augusta for over $2500 on behalf of the staff of SRP employees who had their contributions deducted from their payroll in 2022. The funds were then matched by the National Association of Credit Unions (NAFCU).
“The contributions to the Children’s Hospital made by SRP staff members have been in place for many years,” says Grace Helms, AVP of Community Development at SRP Federal Credit Union. “Their consistent giving exemplifies the dedication of the SRP team members to not only to support our local community but also to helping children in need of medical care.”
The Children’s Hospital of Ga., which opened in 1998, is a 220,000 square foot facility with 154 beds supporting Augusta and surrounding regions with pediatric specialist dedicated to the health and wellness of newborns, infants, children, adolescents, teen, and young adults.
