McCoy Federal Credit Union hosts Walk for Wishes

McCoy Federal Credit Union and partners of 27 Community Connection sponsored Walk For Wishes in Orlando, FL, a nationwide Make-A-Wish fundraiser celebrating over 315,000 wishes granted to critically ill children since the foundation’s inception in 1980. Each year, 15,800 life-changing wishes are endowed to children nationwide to give them, their families and care givers renewed energy, strength, excitement, and optimism.

Walk For Wishes in Orlando, FL surpassed their fundraising goal, raising over $400,307 to bestow children’s wishes ranging from a day at Disney to meeting their heroes.

McCoy Federal Credit Union embodies the Credit Union charter of “People Helping People” through sponsorships to help those in need and dedicated service to their Members.
