Peach State Federal Credit Union donates to local Salvation Army

Peach State Federal Credit Union was recently able to make a much-needed donation to its local Salvation Army.

Hazel Barrett, volunteer coordinator for the Salvation Army of Gwinnett, poses with Deborah Fancher, who works in business development at Peach State Federal Credit Union.

Credit union members and staff delivered donated personal care items and non-perishable food to the Salvation Army of Gwinnett at “Church on the Loaf” on Sugarloaf Parkway.

The credit union collects items throughout the year and makes quarterly donations to food banks in its service area.

“This contribution will help us feed our guests as they work to get back on their feet,” said Hazel Barrett, volunteer coordinator for the Salvation Army of Gwinnett. “Donations like these help us provide for those in need and we are very grateful for the generosity of Peach State’s members.”
