United 1st Federal Credit Union’s Blackshear branch raises more than $400 for Southeast Cancer Unit

The staff at United 1st Federal Credit Union’s Blackshear branch recently raised more than $400 for the Southeast Cancer Unit, which serves those affected by cancer in the local area.

The credit union raised the money through a Valentine gift basket raffle held Feb. 12. The credit union is also making plans to set up a booth during its Walk in April, where it will sell refreshments. All proceeds will be donated to the Southeast Cancer Unit.
