Coca-Cola Credit Union employees joined forces with hundreds of Coca-Cola associates recently to beautify an renovate Booker T. Washington High School, an Atlanta public school in need of a revamp.
Volunteers participated throughout the day in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor projects including painting, landscaping, backpack stuffing and various other project that enhanced the school’s learning environment.
“It was a great opportunity for us to give back (to the community) and provide a new space for students of Booker T. Washington to learn and grow,” said Shannon Frost, vice president of marketing at Coca-Cola Credit Union. “It’s amazing what we can accomplish when we all work together for a common goal.”
