Kennesaw, GA – July 27, 2022 – Credit Union of Georgia teamed up with MUST Ministries to help bring in an abundance of school supplies for local students in need!
Each Credit Union of Georgia branch location placed a MUST Ministries barrel in their lobby for donations to MUST Ministries Back to School Drive. Donations were collected throughout the month of July. Credit Union of Georgia encouraged the community to help and support these students in need by donating school supplies and dental / hygiene kits.
Credit Union of Georgia employees and community came together to donate a large amount of school supplies and dental / hygiene kits for our local students in need. These items are greatly needed for the community. In June alone, 2,500 hygiene kits were distributed by MUST Ministries. MUST will be providing these school supplies and hygiene kits at no cost on Saturday, August 6th at the South Cobb Rec Center from 10 a.m. – 1.p.m. (875 Riverside Pkwy, Austell, GA 30168)
“Our employees vote annually to select which non-profit organizations in our community they would like to support. One of the chosen Charites for 2022 was MUST Ministries. MUST does so much good for individuals, families and children in our communities. By collecting school supplies and dental/hygiene kits in our branch locations we feel we are playing a small part in supporting MUST’s mission.” said Brian Albrecht, President/CEO.
