Credit Union of Georgia recently sponsored the Cherokee County School District Police Department as it hosted a national training program for school resource officers from across the state.
CCSD hosted the National Association of School Resource Officers’ Advanced School Resource Officer Course at Teasley Middle School in Canton in cooperation with the Georgia Association of Secondary School Law Enforcement, according to Woodstock Patch.
Credit Union of Georgia was one of a few sponsors that provided door prizes and donations to support the event.
