Delta Community Credit Union’s Suwanee branch recently welcomed a new manager.
The credit union has named Joan James of the branch, locaed inside the Kroger on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Previously, James served as assistant manager of the Delta Community branch in Snellville, according to a Gwinnett Daily Post article.
Last week, I participated in Suwanee Fest, which was a great way to connect with this wonderful community and our business partners,” James told the Gwinnett Daily Post. “Delta Community has more than 27,000 members in Gwinnett County, and nearly 6,000 of them call Suwanee their ‘home’ branch. I’m excited to get to know all of them.”
James is a native of Jamaica who moved to the Greater Atlanta area 16 years ago to raise her three children.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity,” James told the Gwinnett Daily Post. “I’m excited to see how I can support Delta Community employees, the communities we serve and our membership in Gwinnett County.”
