Delta Community Credit Union opens new retail branch in Newnan

Delta Community Credit Union opened its second location in Coweta County — and 28th retail branch overall — in Newnan this week.

The credit union hosted a ribbon-cutting at the new location, 90 Glenda Trace in the Crossroads shopping center. Georgia Sen. Matt brass, Newnan-Coweta Chamber president Candace Boothby and other local dignitaries joined Delta Community Credit Union CEO Hank Halter to celebrate the new branch, according to a Marietta Daily Journal article.

“We are committed to expanding services where it most makes sense for our membership,” Halter told the Marietta Daily Journal. “This location allows us to welcome new members while continuing to provide great value to our nearly 60,000 existing members who live and work in this vibrant corridor between Coweta and neighboring Fayette County.”

The new Delta Community branch includes teller operations and a team of advisers ready to assist members with home, auto and personal loan needs. The branch also features a walk-up, deposit-taking ATM, which is available 24/7 in a secure vestibule.
