DULUTH, GA (May 9, 2022) – Georgia United Credit Union is proud announce the expansion of their executive leadership team to include three key promotions and new senior vice president of member experience and delivery.
Todd Lambright has joined Georgia United as senior vice president of member experience and delivery. In this role Lambright will be responsible for creating a member-centric culture and focus, ensuring successful delivery of the credit union’s member experience by developing progressive retail operations, call centers and digital video banking channels to achieve the credit union’s strategic goals and objectives. This position reports to Chief Marketing and Experience Officer Aaron Chestnut.
Amanda Whitson has been promoted to senior vice president of consumer lending and collections. In this role Whitson will oversee the development of progressive consumer lending, loan servicing and collections channels to achieve the credit union’s strategic goals and objectives. Whitson will be responsible for the profitability, performance, growth and overall success of the consumer loan portfolio, loan servicing, inbound and outbound consumer lending sales and collections/loss prevention. This position reports to Chief Lending Officer Stephanie Zuleger.
Clint Hilley has been promoted to vice president of market risk. In this role, Hilley will support the strategic direction of Georgia United and serve as key advisor to the chief financial officer and executive management team regarding the market environment and financial strategies for the credit union. Hilley will provide leadership and coordination of the treasury activities, corporate liquidity planning, capital planning and budgeting. This position reports to Chief Financial Officer Bob Bogart.
Michelle Dobbins has been promoted to vice president of marketing. In this role, Dobbins is responsible for the corporate marketing strategy and directing brand and advertising efforts to ensure the achievement of Georgia United’s corporate growth goals and objectives. Additionally, Dobbins will establish measurable return on investment goals and ensure that member experience insights are leveraged and maximized in decision making. This position reports to Chief Marketing and Experience Officer Aaron Chestnut.
