Georgia United Credit Union welcomes new Chief Experience Officer

Georgia United Credit Union recently announced the appointment of Cindy Robbins as chief experience officer. 

In this new role, Robbins will be responsible for the strategic planning and directing of Georgia United’s membership experience. She’ll be a part of the leadership team and will report to Executive Vice President Shawn Turpin. 

Robbins brings more than 30 years of financial industry experience to Georgia United. Before she joined the credit union, Robbins served as executive vice president and chief retail banking officer at CenterState Bank and led the overall development of retail strategy, digital banking initiatives, three customer contact centers and retail integration of 13 bank acquisitions. 

“We are proud Cindy has joined the Georgia United family,” Turpin said. “Cindy is highly regarded in the financial industry, with a track record of success. Her leadership experience and values make her a natural fit to fill the role of chief experience officer.
