Georgia United Credit Union recently announced that it would be moving its Tucker branch to a new location in order to better serve members in that community.
The new branch, scheduled to open Oct. 28, offers enhanced street-level visibility, improved ease of access and a new drive-up ATM. The interior features a modern aesthetic, an open layout, added office spaces and additional space for meetings.
The new branch will be located at 3824 Lavista Road in Tucker. The current branch — located at 3840 Lavista Road — will stay open for normal business hours through Oct. 25. Members are welcome to visit the new branch Oct. 28.
An official ribbon cutting ceremony with local dignitaries and elected officials will be held at the new branch Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. Community members are invited to visit the branch any time between 90 a.m. and 5 p.m. that day to meet Georgia United representatives and to enjoy refreshments and giveaways.
