MembersFirst Credit Union recently served as a sponsor for the 25th Annual WellStar Golf Classic, which raised $223,000 to be used in the advancement of emergency and trauma services at WellStar Health System.
The amount was record-setting, according to the Marietta Daily Journal.
“I look forward to the Golf Classic each year, but this commemorative event was even more meaningful because of the critical mission and special activities, including a silent auction and raffle,” Carole Kell, WellStar Foundation Board of Trustees chair told the MDJ. “It was a great day on the greens with WellStar supporters, as we all did our part in advancing vital healthcare services across Georgia.”
