Peach State Federal Credit Union recently contributed $10,000 to help put the finishing touches on Warrick Dunn Charities’ 171st Home for the Holidays celebration.
The program helps single-parent families who are actively working to support themselves with home furnishings and down payment assistance. The homeowner is a single mother of three and a veteran of the Army Reserves who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree and volunteers in the community.
“Being a part of Warrick Dunn Charities’ Homes for the Holidays program is an example of our commitment to the communities we serve,” said Marshall Boutwell, Peach State’s president and CEO. “We are honored to be a part of such a special occasion for this deserving family and we wish them happiness in their new home.”
