Each quarter, Robins Financial Credit Union selects three employees representing the best of the best in three categories — manager, support department staff and branch staff.
Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. The winners chosen for the fourth quarter are:
Manager of the Quarter: Barbara Mead
Mead is the manager of Robins Financial’s Chantilly branch. She has been employed by the credit union for 35 years and also serves as a member of Civitan International. She enjoys spending time with family and helping with fine arts of her church.
Support Department Staff of the Quarter: Cassy Rozier
Rozier is a risk management analyst for Robins Financial. She has been employed with the credit union for a decade. When she’s not working, Rozier enjoys spending time with her family.
Branch Staff Member of the Quarter: Rocco Ruggiero
Ruggiero is a senior member service representative with Robins Financial Credit Union. He has been with the credit union for seven years. In his spare time, Ruggiero enjoys being with his family, watching movies, playing board games and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
