Three metro-Atlanta-based credit unions were recently granted 2020 Top Workplace awards from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
LGE Community Credit Union placed 32nd on a list of top mid-sized employers in the area. Georgia United Credit Union ranked 50th and Associated Credit Union ranked 51st on that same list, which included 63 top-ranked companies.
The AJC’s Top Workplace awards are granted solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution and connection.
