The Atlanta Business Chronicle recently ran a Q&A with Delta Community Credit Union, one of the finalists in the paper’s annual Annual Best Places to Work contest.
The Best Place to Work Awards gives the ABC a chance to highlight successful companies who are going above and beyond to keep their workforce happy. Delta Community is one of 10 finalists in the awards’ Extra Large category, which consists of companies with 500 or more employees.
The ABC asked Delta Community CU a series of questions about its work environment, employees and the awards.
“Delta Community is truly committed to fostering a rewarding, collaborative work environment where employees have a clear, worthwhile business purpose and the opportunity to develop and advance professionally,” Delta Community Credit Union said in the ABC article. “We see the Best Places to Work survey as an objective means to measure our success against this goal given the rigor of the methodology.”
The winning businesses will be announced at the 15th annual Best Places to Work Awards on Sept. 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Flourish Atlanta.
