Marshland Community Federal Credit Union awards $1,500 in scholarships

The Marshland Community Federal Credit Union’s Scholarship Committee recently awarded $1,500 in scholarships to three graduating high school students, according to an article in The Brunswick News. 

Harry Clark, chairman of the credit union’s scholarship committee, presented the scholarships to Laura Carter and Hannah Williams from Glynn Academy, as well as Lauryn Rowell of Brantley County High during the credit union’s annual meeting recently. The recipients were chosen based on academic achievement, school citizenship and involvement in both their communities and schools.
