Pen Air Welcomes Charles Blackwell, SVP Chief Risk Officer

Pensacola, Fla. (June 2, 2022) – Pen Air Federal Credit Union (Pen Air) is pleased to announce Charles Blackwell as the Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer.

Blackwell is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) with over 19 years of banking experience. In this position, he will oversee the Risk Management, Credit Resolution and Lending service lines in addition to acting as the liaison for regulatory bodies such as the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and League of Southeastern Credit Union (LSCU). Blackwell holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Master of Science in Finance from the Louisiana State University (LSU).
