Delta Community Credit Union helps sponsor Teen Leadership Cherokee program

Delta Community Credit Union recently sponsored the Teen Leadership Cherokee program, which graduated 19 members this year, according to the Canton Patch. 

Over the past three months, the TLC class has experienced several class sessions planned by local business leaders who graduated from the Cherokee County Chamber’s adult Leadership Cherokee program. The teens learned about community involvement, economic and educational responsibility, personal development and team building. The class also participated in an ongoing project that was designed to challenge its members with real-life scenarios that would introduce them to helpful tools in the community.
