Wendell Fountain served on the board of VyStar Credit Union in Jacksonville, Fla., for 25 years before moving to Arizona. As a candidate for city council, he wants to ensure the city experiences controlled growth, pays attention to its water supply and brings in new business, according to the article.

March 13th, 2020156The president of the Punta Gorda Rotary Club recently wrote a letter to the Sun Port Charlotte thanking all those in the area who helped host Taste of Punta Gorda and Beyond, including Suncoast Credit Union.
The president, James Williams, explained in his letter than all funds from the event went toward local charitable organizations, local emergency relief funds and international charitable projects.
